Job summary

PRE-US in Farmville, NC is hiring a Sales Lead to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in wireless retail.

You will meet and exceed sales goals, train and mentor staff, conduct onboarding and role-plays, and handle coaching sessions. This part-time role offers weekly pay, uncapped commission potential, travel between stores where applicable, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail or B2C sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel within district and work flexible hours.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
