Job summary

PRE-US is hiring a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) in Holly Ridge, NC. This part-time role offers $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with training, spiffs, and weekly pay. You will coach sales associates, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding customer experience across locations in the district.

Must be 18+ and able to travel between stores as needed. Benefits include health plans, discounts, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience preferred.
• Proven retail or B2C sales success.
• Experience in training, coaching, or leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues following carrier guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor decisions.
• Travel between store locations as needed.
