The role features $18 base hourly rate and $20/hour starting pay plus uncapped commission and paid training. Weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented sales professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in wireless retail or B2C sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier guidelines; independently manage shift responsibilities.
• Travel between store locations if required.
