Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) in Benton, AR to drive sales performance, coach associates, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will actively engage with customers, turn interactions into sales opportunities, and uphold a results-driven, accountable mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail or similar sales roles is preferred.
• Ability to train and coach sales staff and lead by example.
• Flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues following carrier guidelines.
• Travel between store locations if required.
