Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with wireless or retail experience preferred.
• Strong coaching and mentorship skills.
• Comfortable with flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues following carrier guidelines.
• Travel between store locations as needed.
