PRE-US in Willis, Texas is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead to drive wireless retail sales, coach associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role offers $18.00 per hour with unlimited commissions and paid training, plus weekly pay and travel between store locations as needed.

You will meet and exceed personal sales goals, train team members, and lead onboarding and ongoing development while following program guidelines and maintaining accountability.

Responsabilités

• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues per carrier guidelines.
• Travel between store locations if required.
