Job summary

PRE-US in Monte Vista, Colorado is hiring a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will engage customers, meet KPIs, and manage shift responsibilities while traveling between store locations if required.

The role offers $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, paid training, weekly pay, and benefits including health coverage, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Proven wireless or retail sales experience.
• Ability to train and coach others.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
