PRE-US in Amarillo, Texas, is seeking a Sales Lead to drive wireless retail results and coach store teams. You will engage customers who may not be actively shopping, turning interactions into sales opportunities, and strive to meet ambitious KPIs.

You will train and develop associates, deliver onboarding and ongoing coaching, and handle shift-level decisions. This role offers hourly pay with commission, weekly earnings, and advancement potential; travel between stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail or B2C sales preferred
• Ability to train or lead a small team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
