Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive sales performance, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will engage with customers, achieve KPIs, and lead by example on the sales floor.

The role offers $20 per hour with aggressive, unlimited commission, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Travel between store locations may be required within the district.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following guidelines.
