Job summary

PRE-US in Baton Rouge is seeking a Sales Lead for Wireless Retail on a part-time basis. You will drive sales, coach associates, and provide an exceptional customer experience while working a flexible retail schedule.

The role offers $20 per hour with aggressive, unlimited commission and paid training. Weekly pay, travel allowances where applicable, and benefits are offered. Training and advancement are strong aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Wireless retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
