Acosta Group in CHOUTEAU, Oklahoma seeks a high-energy Sales Lead in Wireless Retail to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will engage with customers not actively shopping, turning interactions into opportunities, and motivate the team to exceed goals.

Starting pay is $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with paid training and ongoing development. Weekly pay, employee discounts, health benefits, and potential advancement are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail or B2C sales preferred.
• Proven ability to train or lead a small team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed.
• Background check where applicable.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
