Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead for Wireless Retail in CHOUTEAU, OK. The role drives sales, coaches associates, and delivers a top-notch customer experience with uncapped earning potential and growth opportunities.

Compensation includes $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, weekly pay, and training spiffs. Benefits include healthcare, a 401k, and PTO. Must be able to travel between locations and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
