Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking part-time or full-time Mobile Associates to join our retail team. You will help customers in-store, demonstrate devices and services, and guide them through the purchasing process with a focus on exceptional service.

As a learning role, you’ll build product expertise with training and peer collaboration, with opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert after training completion. Expect a fast-paced, energetic environment with performance rewards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail environment preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store, helping pick up where they left off in their shopping journey.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of products and services.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond devices and plans.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
