Arch Telecom is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team and bring the brand to life in a fast-paced store environment. You will learn brand standards, demonstrate devices and services, and help customers find personalized solutions while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and perform side-by-side selling.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert recommendations.
• Build relationships across channels, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.
