Job summary

Arch Telecom in Northvale, NJ is seeking a Mobile Associate to join a fast-paced retail team. You’ll help customers, demonstrate devices, and guide purchases in-store and online, with training leading to a promotion to Mobile Expert.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and availability: FT (40h) or PT (20+ h).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online to complete shopping journeys.
• Demonstrate latest devices and services and personalize solutions.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expertise.
• Build relationships and hand off small business leads when appropriate.
