Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in shopping online, by phone or in-store.
• Demonstrate latest technology and devices in-store to address customer needs.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond device plans and accessories to keep customers connected.
