Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers, explain network options, and guide them through shopping in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and contribute to a seamless customer experience while developing skills in digital tools and service-plan recommendations. Training is provided, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to learn and use digital tools and product information.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
