Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will educate customers on devices and services, demonstrate tech, and tailor solutions to their needs in a fast-paced store environment.

This learning role includes initial training, with opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert as you build expertise in wireless technology, customer engagement, and sales strategy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required).
• Passionate customer advocate with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, Customer Care, or in-store).
• Demonstrate latest technology and feature products in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond devices and plans.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent customer experience.
