Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Learning Role in New Jersey to join our Retail Team. You will learn customer service and in-store sales, helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey and providing hands-on demos of devices and services.

You will work alongside peers to build expertise, perform side-by-side selling, and grow toward a promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion, with a fast-paced, energetic environment and rewards for performance.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service, while concurrently providing a best in class customer experience.
• Assist customers in selecting products and demonstrate devices and services in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to provide personalized solutions and accessories.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
• Develop knowledge of digital tools and store processes to enhance interactions and onboarding.
