Arch Telecom is seeking a Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retail team in New Jersey. You will learn customer service excellence, demonstrate the latest technology in-store, and conduct side-by-side selling to tailor device and service solutions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class customer experience in-store and online interactions.
• Demonstrate latest technology with hands-on product demos.
• Side-by-side selling to tailor device and service solutions.
