Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting devices and plans, providing hands-on demonstrations.
• Perform side-by-side selling to tailor solutions.
• Explain plans, devices and services to customers.
• Guide purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Build relationships and hand off small business leads where appropriate.
