Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join our retail team and bring the T-Mobile brand to life in stores. You will learn to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, build loyalty, and educate customers on devices and service options.

This is a learning role with potential promotion to Mobile Expert after training. You will work to understand customer needs, demonstrate products, and push beyond basic plans with accessories and IoT solutions.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store or online.
• Demonstrate latest technology and features through hands-on demonstrations.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond devices and plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions, answers, and expertise.
