Arch Telecom is hiring Wireless Retail Associates to join our national network of stores. You will learn and build proficiency in providing a best-in-class customer experience while demonstrating devices and services, and helping customers complete their purchasing journey.

We offer in-depth training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion. Attractive compensation includes hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Help customers provide best in class experience in-store or online.
• Demonstrate latest technology through hands-on demos and side-by-side selling.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
• Use digital tools to assist interactions and onboarding and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and hand off small business leads to appropriate channels.
