Arch Telecom is hiring Wireless Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team. You will learn and deliver best-in-class customer service, build loyalty, and conduct hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store while collaborating with team members to meet sales goals.

You will grow skills through training, handle customer inquiries, and advance toward a Mobile Expert role after training completion. A fast-paced, energetic environment with uncapped commissions awaits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online to complete their shopping journey.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions and accessories.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
