Arch Telecoms is hiring Mobile Associates to join our retail team. You will learn and build proficiency in delivering a best-in-class customer experience, helping customers pick up where they left off online or in-store, and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.

You will work with a team to uncover customer needs, build relationships, and showcase devices and services while pursuing sales and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and complete their shopping journey with care and accuracy.
• Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits to customers.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions and build loyalty.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
