Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retail team. This learning role focuses on customer service excellence, brand representation, and hands-on product demonstrations to educate and recommend device and service solutions in-store.

You will build relationships with customers, help them complete their shopping journey, and work with peers and store leaders to achieve sales goals. Training leads toward advancement to Mobile Expert after completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and availability for Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours)

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store and explore individual needs with customers.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the core device and service plan.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
