Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retailer team. You will learn customer service foundations while building loyalty and providing an exceptional in-store experience.

You will explore customer needs, demonstrate latest technology, and engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions. Upon training completion, opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert will arise within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions, informative answers and expertise.
