Job summary

Arch Telecom, a national Wireless Preferred Retailer, seeks Retail Associate Managers to join a fast-paced team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example, coach peers, and help drive sales while building relationships across channels.

You’ll engage customers with hands-on tech demonstrations, uncover needs, and provide personalized solutions from devices to services. Full-time role with growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours)

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basics.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
• Build relationships with employees across channels to deliver a seamless customer experience.
