Arch Telecom in the United States seeks Retail Associate Managers (RAM) to lead a small team and bring the brand to life in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.

You will deliver best-in-class customer experiences, demonstrate latest devices, build relationships, coach peers, and support the Store Manager with daily operations. This is a learning role with training on in-store processes and product knowledge while you grow toward advanced leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full-time (40 hours) workweek.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
