Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking Retail Associate Managers to join our national wireless retailer team. As RAM, you will lead your store crew, demonstrate devices and services, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You’ll coach staff, handle daily operations, and drive loyalty through personalized solutions in a fast-paced environment. You’ll build product knowledge, uncover customer needs, and collaborate with cross-channel teams to ensure a seamless shopping journey while pursuing sales

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs.
• Full Time (40 hours) work week.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering best-in-class experiences.
• Provide hands-on product demonstrations and help customers in-store.
• Lead and motivate the retail team to meet sales goals and deliver customer care.
• Support Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
• Develop relationships across channels to resolve customer issues and drive loyalty.
