The role emphasizes training, customer care, and daily operations support, with opportunities for advancement and ESOP participation. Strong communication and prior wireless sales experience are valued.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering a best in class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey—online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology and devices to customers.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
• Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
• Develop relationships across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.
• Collaborate with peers to drive store success and culture of care.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude while delivering first-class service.
