Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to tailor device and plan solutions.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
• Build relationships with colleagues and resolve issues for a seamless customer experience.
