Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full Time (40 hours) required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Experience in wireless sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store or online.
• Demonstrate latest technology and explore customer needs with hands-on demos.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions including devices and service plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Support Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching.
