Qualifications

• 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales.
• 2-4 years sales & sales management experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the T-Mobile store.
• Hire, schedule, train staff and manage team performance.
• Lead marketing, assets prevention and store leadership.
• Monitor sales, inventory, labor controls and programs.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized store environment.
• Strive to hire passionate employees who build customer relationships.
• Provide development, training, mentoring, and recognition.
• Stay up-to-date on products, services, and leadership practices.
• Ensure monthly store performance metrics and sales goals.
