Qualifications

• 2-4 years management experience in retail sales.
• 2-4 years sales & sales management experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Wireless retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and leadership.
• Address customer issues to enhance the T-Mobile brand experience.
• Drive staffing, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and store programs.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and implement new store initiatives.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized store environment.
• Seek to hire store employees who are passionate about building relationships and the T-Mobile brand.
