Job summary

Luna Wireless, An Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead by example, drive sales, and empower the team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll oversee hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets protection, and store leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of retail sales management, strong communication, and a passion for building customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years management experience in retail sales (Required)
• 2-4 years sales & sales management experience (Required)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and marketing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and coaching staff.
• Drive sales, manage labor, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Maintain neat, organized store environment.
• Coach and mentor team to build lasting customer relationships.
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership best practices.
• Support inclusion and team initiatives.
• Deliver financial results based on KPIs.
• Meet monthly sales goals.
