Job summary

Luna Wireless in the United States is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead by example, hire and train a high-performing team, and drive all store operations for a T-Mobile retail location. You’ll own staffing, scheduling, training, marketing, assets protection, and daily store leadership.

Responsibilities include coaching on customer interactions, resolving escalations, achieving sales goals, and maintaining loss prevention and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years management experience in retail sales (Required)
• 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Required)
• At least 18 years of age (Required)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (Required)
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Responsibilities

• Complete observations of store employees’ interactions with customers, including feedback, to support development and coaching conversations.
• Assist with customer-related issues that positively impact the customer’s experience within the T-Mobile brand expectations.
• Own store success and lead for employees’ work-related needs, staffing, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and store programs; manage tracking and implement new store initiatives.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment.
• Hire store employees passionate about building customer relationships and the T-Mobile brand.
