The role requires managing hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets protection, and achieving sales goals while building long-lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales.
• 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and marketing.
• Be the primary contact for store employees and drive team performance.
• Ensure a neat, organized store environment and protect store assets.
• Meet or exceed defined monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Coach and develop team to strengthen customer relationships and sales results.
