You will oversee all store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets protection, and daily leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of retail management, a bachelor's degree preferred, strong communication skills, and a track record of achieving sales goals while building lasting customer

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in retail sales.
• 2–4 years of sales and sales management experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure top performance.
• Hire, schedule, train, and coach store staff.
• Drive sales, manage inventory, and monitor KPIs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and store branding.
• Protect store assets and minimize loss.
