Job summary

Luna Wireless, a major T-Mobile Authorized Retailer in the US, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead by example, recruit and coach a fast-paced team, and drive exceptional in-store performance.

You will oversee all store operations, hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention, and customer experience to keep the team focused on delivering remarkable service and strong sales results, while upholding Luna Wireless values.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in retail sales.
• 2–4 years of sales & sales management experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive customer service and store performance.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention, and team leadership.
• Own store success and manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, and store functions.
