Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Experience in wireless sales preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire your team.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs each month.
• Coach and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure location operations align with Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Ensure timely and correct execution of promotions and inventory procedures.
