Job summary

Mobile Generation is seeking a Wireless Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining store operations across our Verizon Wireless locations.

The role requires 1+ years of retail leadership experience, the ability to travel across the Midwest, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Compensation is up to $70,000 per year plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales roles is required.
• Ability to travel to our various locations across the Midwest.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with the Store Manager to build a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, scheduling, and supervising a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs each month.
• Coach/mentor the team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure location operates under Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Assist in promotional roles, inventory procedures, or other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Set an example of professional conduct for employees and others.
