Your Wireless is hiring an experienced Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager to lead our Retail Sales Team. You will coach, hire, schedule, and drive sales and profitability across multiple locations, while maintaining exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading retail teams, preferably in wireless.
• Proven track record meeting sales and profit goals.
• Willing to travel across assigned districts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise, hire, and coach Sales Associates.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed monthly personal and team KPIs and volume goals.
• Coach team members daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop team skills for upward mobility within Your Wireless.
• Ensure location complies with Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines.
• Execute promotional rollouts and inventory procedures timely and correctly.
