Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a wireless environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs and delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to interview, hire, schedule and supervise a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, goal-oriented team environment and drive results.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise Verizon Wireless sales associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs each month and coach the team daily.
• Ensure location compliance with Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Execute promotional rollouts and inventory procedures accurately.
