Mobile Generation is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager to lead a team across multiple Midwest locations. You will recruit, train, and supervise sales associates, driving a daily focus on customer experience and sales performance.

You will build a positive store culture, meet monthly KPIs, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. The role offers a strong base pay with bonuses and a flexible schedule, plus health benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar retail leadership role (Verizon Wireless preferred).
• Proven sales and leadership achievements required.
• Ability to coach and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to travel to Midwest locations.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of sales associates.
• Meet or exceed monthly personal and team KPIs.
• Coach/mentor your team daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure location operates under Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Execute promotional rollouts and inventory procedures accurately and timely.
