Arch Telecoms is seeking Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team. You will learn customer service, demonstrate the latest wireless technology, and help customers choose devices and plans in-store or online.

This entry-level role focuses on building product knowledge, delivering a best-in-class experience, and developing relationships with customers, with training leading to promotion to Mobile Expert.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and accessories in-store.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Build relationships across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and hand off small business leads and contribute to team success.
