My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its dynamic team. You will support the Store Manager in coaching staff and driving sales while delivering excellent customer service and technology solutions to our customers.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required).
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred; may vary by location).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Retail or telecoms sales experience (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).

Responsibilities
