Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retail team. You will help customers pick devices and plans, demonstrate features in-store, and build lasting relationships by understanding needs and offering personalized solutions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.
