T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team of Experts. You’ll learn sales and service by engaging customers, demonstrating the latest technology, and helping them choose great device and plan options. This is a learning role with progression toward Mobile Expert.

You will complete in-store training and develop skills across product knowledge, customer service, and digital tools to enhance the shopping journey and drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience and build loyalty by assisting customers in-store and online.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on devices and services with hands-on demos.
• Collaborate with teammates and other store channels to resolve issues and generate new leads.
