Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: 30 days as a T-Mobile Mobile Associate.
• Preferred: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve and sell to customers while providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Consistently leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Complete training on T‑Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Make the most of time on shift by seeking information between customers and learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
